Darren Craddock began his work in the wellness field in 1985. He graduated from college in the UK. He has lived and taught in the UK, France, Spain, Italy, Egypt and the US, teaching classes and workshops in English, Spanish and French. With over 20 years of experience in the wellness field he is an expert in the fields of Stress Management, Naturopathy, Diet, Nutrition, Herbology, Massage and Yoga. He began studying herbology in 1982, started teaching yoga in 1988, became a licensed massage therapist in 1994, a certified yoga instructor in 1999 and continues to teach and study alternative health. Currently, as a partner in EnerHealth Botanicals, Llc his focus has been on product formulation, marketing and as many know…the public voice of EnerHealth Botanicals on the radio. Darren’s philosophy of the integration of internal beliefs and external actions have a direct influence on the direction of the company to pursue sustainable and eco friendly activities, including empowering everyday folks to be heard and succeed. He has formulated many products specifically for building the immune system to avoid the necessity of medical care, in any situation.

When not directly involved with EnerHealth Botanicals, He continues to advocate, teach and promote a lifestyle that helps people make healthy choices, choices that impact their lives and the lives of those around them. He is currently teaching yoga, herb and stress management classes in San Antonio, Texas in addition to maintaining a wellness practice.

Darren’s wellness practice involves consulting with companies to improve wellness throughout their employee base and consulting with individuals to provide them with an alternative protocol for achieving optimal health. and teaching.
